About the Job:
We are seeking a responsible and organized Storekeeper to manage inventory, receive and issue goods, and maintain accurate stock records. The role involves ensuring proper storage of materials, tracking inventory levels, coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams, and maintaining accurate documentation of all store activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Arrange proper storage of materials, tools, and equipment in the warehouse/store.
  • Issue materials to departments based on approved requisitions and maintain issuance records.
  • Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/WMS systems and update inventory movements regularly.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages of excess stock to the concerned department.
  • Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and safe handling of stored materials.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams for inventory-related activities.
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety standards in the store/warehouse.
  • Prepare stock reports, inventory summaries, and consumption reports as required.
  • Assist in preventing stock loss, damage, and mismanagement of materials.
  • Follow company policies and procedures for inventory control and store management.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain is an advantage).
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Storekeeper or in warehouse operations.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems is preferred.
  • Good understanding of warehouse safety and material handling practices.
