Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Arabic Speaker Only
Location: Dubai, UAE (JAFZA & Mainland Operations)

We are seeking an Public Relations Officer (PRO) to support government relations, immigration, labour, licensing, and regulatory activities across JAFZA and Mainland UAE. The ideal candidate should have basic practical experience with UAE government procedures and portals, strong documentation skills, and the ability to manage routine PRO activities with minimal supervision.
Job Summary:
- Assist with government-related transactions for JAFZA and Mainland operations.
- Support visa applications, renewals, cancellations, entry permits, status changes, Emirates ID applications, and medical fitness procedures.
- Assist with JAFZA, MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, DET, and other government-related processes and portals.
- Support the preparation and submission of documents for trade licenses, establishment cards, labour files, immigration files, and other company registrations.
- Assist with JAFZA gate passes, access cards, vehicle permits, and related operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of employee visas, passports, Emirates IDs, licenses, and other government documents.
- Monitor expiry dates and assist in ensuring timely renewal of visas, licenses, permits, and statutory documents.
- Coordinate document attestation, notarization, legalization, and certified translations when required.
- Support HR with employee onboarding, offboarding, and government documentation.
- Liaise with government authorities and external service providers under supervision.
- Stay updated on basic UAE labour, immigration, and free zone procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Prior UAE PRO/administrative experience is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of UAE immigration, Labour, licensing, and government procedures.
- Fluency in Arabic & English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Good communication, coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to learn and work with UAE government portals and regulatory procedures.
- Ability to manage documentation accurately and meet deadlines.
- UAE Driving License is Mandatory.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of JAFZA and Mainland government procedures.
- Familiarity with UAE government portals such as MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, and JAFZA is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Professional communication and ability to coordinate with government authorities and service providers.
- Ability to work independently after receiving appropriate training and guidance.
