Job Summary
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to manage daily production activities and ensure that production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved.

The candidate will supervise production employees, monitor machines and processes, control material usage, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise daily production activities.
  • Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
  • Allocate work and supervise production staff.
  • Monitor production processes, machines, output, and efficiency.
  • Ensure products are manufactured according to company quality standards and SOPs.
  • Follow and enforce GMP, HSE, hygiene, and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance for machine breakdowns and technical issues.
  • Coordinate with Quality, Warehouse, Planning, and other departments.
  • Monitor raw material usage and minimize production waste.
  • Maintain proper production records and reports.
  • Identify production problems and take corrective action.
  • Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards in the production area.
  • Train and guide production employees when required.
  • Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.
  • Report production issues and performance to the Production Manager.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of production/manufacturing experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience in FMCG, tobacco, food, packaging, or similar manufacturing industries is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of production processes, machinery, GMP, HSE, and 5S.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Basic computer skills, especially MS Excel and production reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
