Facilities & PR Officer – Arabic Speaker Only

Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
The Facilities & PR Officer will be responsible for managing the company’s facilities, government-related transactions, lease renewals, authority approvals, maintenance activities, and construction projects. The position will coordinate with JAFZA, Trakhees, DEWA, RTA, building management, consultants, and contractors while ensuring timely completion and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage company facility leases, renewals, tenancy contracts, utility accounts, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with JAFZA, Trakhees, DEWA, RTA, and other relevant government authorities.
- Process permits, NOCs, approvals, licenses, inspections, and renewals.
- Supervise facility maintenance, civil works, renovations, and construction projects.
- Conduct regular inspections of offices, factories, warehouses, accommodation, and other company facilities.
- Identify civil, structural, maintenance, and safety issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and building management.
- Review quotations, scopes of work, drawings, project schedules, and contractor progress.
- Monitor project quality, cost, timeline, and compliance with approved specifications.
- Prepare inspection reports, project updates, maintenance records, and renewal schedules.
- Ensure contractors comply with company safety requirements and authority regulations.
- Handle company PR and government-related documentation when required.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, approvals, certificates, permits, and correspondence.
- Provide regular updates with HSE team and reports to the Head of HR & Admin
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Relevant UAE experience in facilities management, civil works, construction, or property maintenance & PR-administrative work.
- Practical knowledge of JAFZA, Trakhees, DEWA, RTA, and Dubai regulatory procedures.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
- Good contractor-management, negotiation, inspection, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of engineering drawings.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and authority requirements independently.
